Lincolnville Center Indoor Flea Market
The Lincolnville Center Indoor Flea Market is held every third Saturday (May - October) from 8 AM to noon in the Community Building located at 18 Searsmont Road, Rt. 173, in Lincolnville Center. The Holiday Market is on the third Saturday of November. The market features a vast array of merchandise sold by local vendors and the United Christian Church (UCC), sponsors of the event. The market is well known for the scrumptious baked goods packed for take-home and prepared by the "church ladies." Proceeds from the market benefit the United Christian Church's stewardship of the 200+-year-old Meeting House and the 60-year-old Community Building. The CB is ADA compliant and there's ample parking.
All welcome!

Community Space
If you are interested in using any of our facilities (Community Building, Parish Hall, Church Sanctuary), the first thing you should do is to contact us to reserve your date. The links below will have information about the facilities.
The facilities below all share a circular driveway and parking area. There may also be parking at the telephone office across the street.
For more information about the history and architecture of the buildings, visit Church History and Architecture.
Community Building
Originally built in the 1960s as a youth center, the Community Building is our largest building for events.
A thorough renovation was completed in 2015. The hall includes a non-commercial kitchen, as well as an ADA-compliant bathroom with baby-changing table. On the right, it is set up for a large birthday party.
The space is a large, open hall that can seat up to 100 people, depending on the event and seating arrangement. The floor, originally reinforced for basketball, is suitable for dances as well as other events and art exhibits. It has one handicapped-accessible restroom. If you wish to serve beer and wine, please ask the rental agent below for the policy on that.
Information on renting the hall is listed on the document links below. These are .PDF files which you are welcome to print.

Built in 2005, the Parish Hall adjacent to the church is suitable for gatherings of fewer than thirty people. This room becomes our Children's Church on Sunday mornings.
Besides small receptions, it can be appropriate for non-profit, spiritual, health, or educational meetings. It has an ADA-compliant bathroom with changing table. The kitchen area consists of a sink, counters, and coffee makers, but has no refrigerator or stove.
Tables and chairs are available for use. Note that alcohol is not permitted in the adjacent Sanctuary (see alcohol policy). To rent the Parish Hall, please contact Lois Lyman, 763-4170 or leave a message at the church 763-3800.
